- How quickly can you respond if my AC stops working?- We understand how critical cooling is in Florida. Our team prioritizes same-day or next-day service whenever possible, depending on call volume and part availability.

- How often should I schedule maintenance?- At minimum, schedule one professional tune-up each spring before cooling season begins. - Also remember to: - Replace filters every 30–60 days

Even if another company installed your system, we can verify whether your parts are still under manufacturer warranty. - If the warranty is valid, the manufacturer typically covers the cost of the part, and you would only pay for labor and related service charges. - We’ll handle the verification and paperwork process for you — just provide your system’s make, model, and serial number when you call. 
- What happens if my system is beyond repair?- If repairs aren’t cost-effective, we’ll walk you through your options, including energy-efficient replacements that qualify for rebates or financing. We’ll always provide honest recommendations and clear estimates. 
- Do you offer warranties on your work and equipment?- Yes. All new installations include a labor warranty from Temples Air Conditioning & Heating, along with manufacturer equipment warranties (duration varies by brand and model).
